Which Services do you offer?

We can offer any type of childcare services in London - if you need a daytime nanny, an evening babysitter, specialist childcare such as newborn care or a particular type of nanny we can help. We can offer our services at any hotel location, private residence or at an event if you need for example a wedding nanny.

How does it work?

  1. You tell us what you need - including the date and time either by email or using the booking calendar on our website

  2. We get back to you with the available nanny profiles and the quote

  3. Payment is taken in advance and once this is settled your booking is confirmed and you will receive full details including the contact details of your chosen nanny.

    Which Hotels do you work with?

We can offer our hotel nanny service at any London establishment. We mainly work with five star hotels and we are the preferred supplier to the top hotels in London such as The Four Seasons, Browns and Soho House Group. You are welcome to book with us directly or ask the concierge to book on your behalf. If you are unsure about which hotel is right for your family feel free to contact us for advice on the best family friendly hotels.

Is there a minimum amount of hours?

For a hotel nanny or evening babysitter we ask that every service is booked for a minimum of 4 hours. There is no maximum amount of hours and our staff are always flexible on finish time so you can enjoy your day or evening stress free.

Can you offer your service at a wedding?

We can offer our hotel babysitting service at any wedding. You can have the nannies join you during the wedding reception to take care of the children then take them back up to the room for bath and bed. We can also offer creche services at weddings where we can have a kids corner and one nanny can be responsible for up to 3 children.

How many Children is the maximum per nanny?

We have very specific insurance for working within hotels and this cover stipulates that each nanny is able to care for a maximum of 3 children. This is also the industry standard for care. In some circumstances, we can make an exception depending on the ages of the children and other staff available and in this instance we ask parents to sign a waiver to increase this number.

How do you recruit your nannies?

We are very lucky to have such a talented team of hotel nannies and babysitters. We have been servicing London hotels since 2011 and many of our team have worked with us for over a decade. We take care of our team and therefore we do not have a high turnover of staff and rarely need to recruit. However, when the occasion arises, we really only recruit based on recommendation from our staff or from other parents. Unless we get an application from a superstar nanny of course!

Do all your nannies speak fluent English?

As a standard, all of our staff speak fluent English most are native or near native. Most members of our team are also fluent in other languages such as Spanish, Arabic, French, Portuguese, Russian and many other languages. Please let us know if you have a preference for a particular language so we can accomodate.
